Terms & Conditions – Dining in the Dark by Beast&Co

By purchasing a ticket and attending Dining in the Dark by Beast&Co (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

• All tickets must be purchased in advance.
• A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of purchase, unless exchanged in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. No Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, lateness, illness, no-shows, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Ticket Exchanges

• Ticket exchanges to an alternative date and/or time may be permitted up to 48 hours prior to the start time of the originally purchased Event.
• All exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Requests made within 48 hours of the Event start time will not be accepted.
• To request a ticket exchange, please email reservations@beastandco.com.au directly.
• Tickets may only be exchanged once unless otherwise approved by Beast&Co management.

4. Late Arrival

• Due to the structured nature of the Event, late arrivals may not be admitted.
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for late arrival or failure to attend.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

• Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking or within the 48hours prior the Event.
• While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, Beast&Co cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Health & Safety

• The Event involves dining in a dark or low-visibility environment. Guests participate at their own risk.
• Guests must follow all staff instructions at all times for safety reasons.
• Beast&Co reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is      deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

7. Changes & Cancellations by Organiser

• Beast&Co reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including menu, format,      timing, or location, where reasonably necessary.
• In the unlikely event the Event is cancelled by Beast&Co, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a future date or an alternative remedy as determined by Beast&Co.

8. Personal Belongings

• Beast&Co accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Event.

9. Photography & Media

• Photography or recording are not allowed during the Event.
• By attending, you consent to the possible use of images or footage captured by Beast&Co for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Beast&Co reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
