The signature cocktails change regularly and within the season to match our menu. Well balanced from fresh to more subtle drinks combining various spirits, ingredients and flavours. Our bartenders use several techniques like sous-vide infusions, carbonation, clarification and more to always surprise you with a unique taste. 

The boutique wines list is a combination of the most popular varieties sourced from all around Australia, New Zealand and Europe like Italy, France, Germany or Spain. 

Our tap beers are imported from Europe, featuring the Original Pilsner Urquell, poured by the traditional Czech method to achieve crispy, fresh and velvety taste.  

Least, but not last, our coffee, extensive spirit selection and non-alcoholic cocktails and beers will satisfy any needs.
